CF-Associated Issues

This page is intended to begin to address aches and ailments that appear to be associated with post-CF pathomechanics - knee, hip, back, and neck dysfunction in particular, but not necessarily only these issues. Please feel free to add your own experiences and observations about back pain related to unilateral CF, as just one example. I will be adding material to this page as I uncover it.

Below are some of the headings I will be including here:

Musculo-skeletal pain and imbalance is something I also have spoken of related to Compensatory Function and Pathomechanics on other parts of the blog, so on this page I will attempt to link those topics with outcomes in specific areas of the body. But I will also keep coming back to the issue of compensation, as that is the process that elads to these related issues, more often than not.

  1. I've got a clubbed right foot-everything right side of my body foot-mid back are underdevloped-
I put all my weight and stress on my dominant normal left foot- on my left side of my body i felt the pains and pressure climb from the right knee to my hip until up to a lower back injury.
